It\u2019s not a system error, but the company\u2019s new \u2018Open Mode\u2019 gates.<\/p>\n<p>KTM says that starting October 13, it will widen the implementation of Open Mode at its Automated Control Gate (ACG). You\u2019ll find open gates at Kajang, Bandar Tasik Selatan, Abdullah Hukum, Kampung Batu, Kepong Sentral and Sungai Buloh stations in the Klang Valley. For KTM Komuter Utara, open gates are now at Butterworth and Bukit Mertajam. <\/p>\n<p>These stations join major ones such as KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur and Subang Jaya in having open gates. However, don\u2019t forget to tap your card or scan the QR ticket at the gates.
