This was reported by UNN with reference to the PrivatBank press service.<\/p>\n<h2>Details<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The decision to recover more than $3 billion from Kolomoisky and Boholiubov in favor of PrivatBank as compensation for damages, interest, and legal costs remains in force<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 the press service post reads.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The bank welcomed the decision of the Court of Appeal, which upheld the original ruling of the High Court of England and Wales stating that Kolomoisky and Boholiubov committed large-scale fraud against PrivatBank and must compensate it for the losses incurred.<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p>The High Court of England ordered the former owners of PrivatBank, Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov, to pay $3 billion in damages and legal costs.
