Russia is increasing pressure on the most vulnerable category of Ukrainian children in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of the Zaporizhzhia region. This is reported by the National Resistance Center (NRC) of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, informs UNN.

Details

It is noted that teenagers left without parental care are being mass-transported to Russian defense and sports centers for forced militarization and ideological breaking.

Orphaned children are sent to specialized camps in the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation. Instead of recreation, the teenagers are taught weapons handling, tactical medicine, and army discipline

– the report says.

It is indicated that the occupiers are deliberately focusing on children without parents: due to the lack of family protection, they are the easiest targets for deep Russification and the erasure of Ukrainian identity.

"After the camp shifts end, some of the orphans are not returned to the TOT, but are forcibly distributed to Russian boarding schools and military-patriotic institutions. The Kremlin is building a cynical conveyor belt: first, the war deprives children of their parents, and then the occupation machine takes them to Russia to raise them as a loyal personnel reserve for its own security structures and the aggressor's army," the NRC concludes.

Recall

The Russian Federation is recruiting female students into UAV units in exchange for writing off tuition debts. Despite promises not to fight at the front, the first deaths have already been recorded.
