The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that the strike was allegedly a "response" to attacks by Ukraine.
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive strike using "Oreshnik" ballistic missiles, "Iskander" aeroballistic missiles, "Kinzhal" hypersonic aeroballistic missiles, "Zircon" cruise missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles against military command facilities, airbases, and defense industry enterprises of Ukraine, the statement reads.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Defense cynically added that "the objectives of the strike have been achieved, all designated targets were hit."
Context
As the President of Ukraine reported, Putin continues to defeat residential buildings. In addition, three Russian missiles were directed at a water supply facility; the enemy burned down a market, damaged dozens of residential buildings and several ordinary schools, and also launched its "Oreshnik" against Bila Tserkva.
It is also known that in the capital, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, a museum, a shopping center, and the building of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service were damaged.
