The General Staff confirmed strikes on command posts and other enemy facilities, and also revealed details regarding the strike on the Ryazan Oil Refinery, UNN reports.

As reported by the General Staff, yesterday and on the night of May 16, 2026, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of important facilities of the Russian occupiers.
In particular, an enemy command post in the Pokrovsk area of the Donetsk region was hit, as well as an enemy UAV control point in Grafske, Donetsk region.
A hangar containing enemy military equipment in Selydove, Donetsk region, was also hit.
In addition, strikes were carried out on an enemy logistics warehouse in Baranykivka, Luhansk region, and an enemy repair unit in Pryvillia, Kherson region.
Ukrainian soldiers also struck concentrations of occupying manpower in Shakhtarsk, Mykhailivka, Yalta, and Selydove in the Donetsk region, in Lyubymivka in the Zaporizhzhia region, and in the areas of several other settlements.

The results of the strikes on the night of May 15 on the infrastructure of the Ryazan Oil Refinery (Ryazan region, RF) have been clarified — the AVT-3, AVT-4, and AT-6 processing units, as well as the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit, were damaged

The General Staff added that the Ryazan Oil Refinery is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in the Russian Federation and is involved in providing fuel for the Russian occupation forces.
