Sybiha thanked the allies for the warning about a possible massive strike on Ukraine and recommendations for their citizens, but emphasized that the main warning should be addressed to the Kremlin.
"The key warning should be heard not in Kyiv and not by foreigners. It should be a warning heard in Moscow – by the Russian regime,"
the Minister stated.

According to the Foreign Minister, partners have enough leverage to make Russia feel the consequences of continuing the war.
"Concern and condolences are not enough. We need concrete actions that increase the cost of war for the aggressor right now,"
Sybiha emphasized.
He added that it is the decisive steps of the international community that will be the "best way to express solidarity with the Ukrainian people."
